Andres Herrera is a dedicated and hard working member of the Oxnard community, as a Member of the Oxnard City Council, Mayor Pro Tem and
member of various boards including Oxnard Airport Authority, Visitors and Convention Bureau, Performing Arts Center, and Regional Sanitation District. He is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, State & Federal Consumer Arbitrator and Oxnard Economic Development Corporation.
Among his other projects are included Future Leaders of America, Arts Alliance, Arts for Youth, Movimiento Jaranero de California, El Concilio del Condado de Ventura, El Centrito de La Colonia and Oxnard / Ocotlan Sister City Commitee.
