Born December 6, 1899 in Santa Paula California attended Briggs School and Santa Paula High School, graduating in 1919.

He attended Davis Agricultural School in Davis, California.

1916 C.I.F. Polevault Champion. (11 ft. 9 in.)

1916 C.I.F. Broadjump Champion. (21-5 1/2 ft.)

1915 State Polevault Champion. (11 ft. 6 in.)

1916 State Polevault Champion. (11 ft. 9 in.)

1968 Served as honorary referee for the Golden Anniversary C.I.F. State Track Meet in Berkeley, California in recognition of his historic feats.

After serving in the U.S. Navy during World War 1, Hall became a wholesale distributor of Standard Oil Products in Santa Paula until he retired in 1967.
